Emily Atkinson
Emily, a Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience, has witnessed firsthand the toll that stress can have on both the body and mind of her patients, colleagues, and herself. Her journey has fueled a passion for yoga as a powerful tool for stress reduction and holistic well-being. Emily is committed to use yoga to help others let go of stress, find balance, and quiet their minds. She hopes to create a nurturing environment where individuals can safely unwind, relax, and achieve inner peace.
Emily has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and has mostly taught small private groups. Emily completed her 200h Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 and her 100 hours of Yin and Restorative yoga in 2024.
Beyond the yoga mat, Emily enjoys spending her time in the outdoors, often with her dog Bruce. Her passions include skiing, surfing, hiking, and swimming.
