What People Are Saying About BS

“Dawn has been dedicated to coaching, guiding, and instructing people in various aspects of their life for many years. What began as a decision to pursue leadership training, evolved into a passion for wellness and a fascination with the science behind why practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and yoga have been transformational for so many.”

— Lisa Pedscalny

“After a serious car accident with numerous physical injuries and a concussion that left me depressed, sore, and unable to work, Tanja patiently worked with me, helping to restore function, confidence, and a sense of direction. I found Tanja calm, warm, capable and dedicated. I look back on my time with her fondly. I would Highly recommend Tanja Yardley.”
