Facts About Menopause Series

This is a three-part series workshop created by the Menopause Expert Group designed to educate participants on all things menopausal. From the science of hormones, physiology of the female reproductive system and menopause symptom awareness, to the role of nutrition in balancing hormones. We will cover the psychological impacts of menopause on mood, intimacy and self-acceptance,
These lectures will empower women to embrace the transition with dignity and grace.
Each lecture can be taken alone or as a series as each builds upon the other to deliver a more robust and comprehensive education program. Whether in pre-menopause, perimenopause or postmenopause, all women will learn how to advocate for their health and wellbeing. It’s a must-have workshop that medical professionals, healthcare providers and coaches could also benefit from to better
serve female clients.
*Each day will begin with an opening breathing and grounding exercise and close with relaxation stretches and meditation.
**For participants wanting to take all three lectures but may have to miss a lecture, a recording will be provided for an additional fee of $5/ recording. Participant enrolled in the 3 part series are asked to attend first lecture in-person.
