  • Sunrise Yin

    Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. Asanas are held from two minutes to five minutes or more. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate the channels of the subtle body known as meridians in Chinese medicine and as nadis in Hatha yoga.

  • Vinyasa Morning Flow

    An attuned exploration of strength and balance supported by breath, movement, and intention.

    This hour-long class begins with breathwork followed by purposeful asana practice. Dynamic vinyasa sequences invite strength and focus before shifting to examination of strong postures held for several breaths. Props, postural variations, and rest are strongly encouraged throughout this class.

  • Yoga Flow

    Come join a gentle morning flow class that invites you to connect with your breath, and slowly and gracefully wakes up all areas of your body. Your mind will be invited into present moment awareness and allow you to connect deeper within yourself as you move through the flow sequences. This practice will begin with a relaxed body scan in Savasana and gradually build into movement to set your body up for an excellent day ahead.

  • Morning Sun Salutations

    A 60 minute intense flow class based around multiple variations of the Sun Salutation Sequences. You can expect a fun, but fiery class. sure to get your blood pumping, and your body into motion for the day.

  • Guided Meditation

    Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better.

  • Lunar Prana Flow

    Discover new ways of being in your body as you are guided through sequences that aim to decrease stress and tension, increase mobility, and invite playful exploration. This class begins with a gentle warm up and moves into building some heat so that you are energized.

  • Prana Vinyasa Flow

    Prana Vinyasa Flow® classes are ritual sadhana and breath inspired journeys that offer a complete spectrum of rhythms from meditative and rejuvenating to challenging and empowering. Experience the power of the five movements of Prana underlying all of creation and the flow of yoga asana, bandhas, and pranayama. This energetic approach to vinyasa releases the “doing” of yoga and brings greater ease and vitality into the “being” of yoga as the liberating key to living in the everyday flow.

  • Strong & Stretchy

    A 60 minute class focused on finding strength and mobility in the body. Gentle flows, aimed at relieving tension and soreness, with a sprinkle of strengthening poses to help keep your body strong and balanced

  • Gentle Flow into Zen

    This gentle flow class has a mindful lunar quality with breath awareness and flow to help you find your zen space. This practice starts with a breath and movement meditation that guides you into your body. Finishing with grounding ourselves into more yin postures

  • Gentle Somatic Movements

    Gentle Somatic Movement (GSM) is a mindful and therapeutic movement practice designed to help individuals release chronic pain, stress, and tension while promoting overall well-being. Combining elements of traditional yoga with somatic education, GSM emphasizes slow, gentle movements that are consciously performed to re-educate the brain and nervous system about optimal muscle function and alignment.

    GSM sessions typically involve a series of gentle, flowing movements which are designed to increase body awareness, enhance flexibility, and improve coordination. These movements are often performed lying down, sitting, or standing, making them accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities.

  • Somatic Flow Therapy

    Somatic Flow Therapy is 90 minutes of bliss. A mindful movement and restorative somatics session infused with high frequency sound healing. Lead by a Pain Care Aware yoga instructor, utilizing breath-work and Hanna somatic sequencing to release muscle tension and improve alignment. Expand your electromagnetic field and consciousness while soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, Himalayan bowls and Ohm Therapeutics ™ tuning forks are applied on and around your body.

  • Lunchtime Yin

    Lunchtime Yin a deep and mindful yoga practice perfect for a break in the middle of the day. A meditative practice that works deep in the body. We hold asana for a longer period of time to encourage lengthening and deep release of the tendons and connective tissue. Let go of holding patterns that aren’t serving you.

  • Sound Bath Journey

    Feel stress melt away with an Om Oasis sound healing session. The beautiful sounds and vibrations delivered through a Gong Bath and the relaxing state this puts us in helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This in turn will allow the overworked sympathetic nervous system to take a back seat.

    The ever increasing demands on our time and busy lives means the sympathetic nervous system is often overburdened. By allowing the parasympathetic nervous system to take the lead once in a while enables the nervous system to rebalance itself. Take a load off your shoulders,calm your busy mind, return to bliss with a soothing and rejuvenating Gong Bath.

    This session is for all levels. We rest in Savasana on our yoga mats. The studio provides blankets and yoga props. A yoga chair can be set up for your comfort if you prefer sitting.

  • Slow Flow

    This class is a blend of breath work and asanas (postures). Our asanas are held for a few breaths with intention of lengthening each inhale and exhale connecting us to our rest and digest system(parasympathetic nervous system). This style helps us tune into our body, focus (dharana our 6th limb of yoga) as well as building strength. You will leave the class feeling more relaxed, refreshed and reenergized.

  • Foundational Flow

    A space for both new and experienced practitioners to examine the constituent elements of postural yoga. In each class, we’ll spend our hour focusing on a fundamental feature of Vinyasa and Hatha style yoga classes. We’ll explore warming the body for vinyasa, muscle and joint actions, variations for diverse anatomy, and the mind-body integration of your yoga practice. This class is suited to those curious about yoga but unsure of where to start, as well as experienced students who wish to strengthen the foundations of supportive postural practice.

  • Barre Strength

    This 45 min barre style class will get you moving and leave you feeling super strong. The perfect amount of time to fit in over your lunch break. Should you have a little extra, stay for an optional 15 min stretch post workout to calm and balanced. Using high repetition and low impact resistance moves this class offers a challenge to your whole body yet still accessible for all fitness levels. Modifications are made to suit each participant meeting you where you’re at! Using a blend of pilates, yoga, and strength training exercises your body will experience more flexibility, increased endurance, and a burn you will love

  • Barre Flow

    Barre is an innovative workout that combines slow movements with high-intensity intervals to work your entire body. It's designed for people of all shapes and sizes!

  • Barre 180

    This quicker paced barre style class will get your heart pumping and body burning for 45 mins. Changing pace for the last 15 mins with a flow/stretch sequence to wind you down and feel gratitude towards your amazing and capable body. Using high repetition and low impact resistance moves this class offers a challenge to your whole body yet still accessible for all fitness levels. *just keep in mind it does move a bit faster. Modifications are made to suit each participant meeting you where you’re at! Using a blend of pilates, yoga, and strength training exercises your body will experience more flexibility, increased endurance, and a burn you will love.

  • Yang to Yin (warm)

    A Yang to Yin Yoga class focuses on relaxing (Yin) and strengthening (Yang). It is a class in which you are both physically challenged and completely relaxed. Where the Yang (Vinyasa) part will focus on strengthening the muscles, the Yin part will focus on relaxing them. By balancing your Yin and Yang your energy flow will increase, giving you a peaceful balanced mind and body.

  • Yoga Therapy

    Join Mackenzie, a yoga therapy student**, in shedding the layers of the day in this therapeutic style yoga class. Gentle, supportive asana, guided meditation and pranayama, and space for curiosity In this class, we explore the holistic practice of yoga, and invite awareness to the subtle layers of our experience. Weaving yoga philosophy and therapeutic practice, we will arrive on our mats as students first, and journeying inward with our evolving monthly theme. Compassion, openness and ease are the foundation of this class, and it is my intention to hold a space where you can explore what your personal practice looks like, with the intention of flowing back to the Self, and the sensation of wholeness.

  • Yoga for Mobility

    This class combines yoga therapy with mobility training. The instructor will focus on movements that actively take your joints through their full range of motion while applying yoga tools—postures/exercises, breathwork, meditation techniques, and more—to address your individual physical, mental, and emotional needs.

    Yoga therapists have in-depth training to help them assess and keep clients safe. They work with you to address your specific goals while considering any limitations you might be experiencing.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Link movement with breath in this steady paced 60 minute flow. We will work on flexibility, balance, strength, core, back-bending and twisting. Each class will have the same layout but just switch up the moves.

  • Yin Yoga Therapy

    Most forms of yoga are dynamic, active practices working the yang tissues, the muscles. Yin Yoga allows us to work the other half, the deeper yin tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and bones. All tissues need to be exercised to achieve optimal health. Poses are held for 3 minutes, while we stretch into stillness to find release and quiet the mind.

  • Pajama Yin Yoga

  • Zen Yin Yoga

    Yin yoga is a quiet, inwardly-focussed practice with the intention of nourishing our deep connective tissues and balancing activity. We will rest in fully supported postures, each held for between 3-6 minutes, allowing the body to slowly open and the nervous system to surrender into rest.

  • Yin & Restore

    Pursue deep surrender and inner peace with this gentle Yin and Restorative yoga class. In Yin, we gently release tension with seated hip and back openers held for 3-5 minutes. In Restorative, we calm the nervous system with passive poses on our backs or sides, each held for 10-15 minutes, allowing for rest and relaxation. Come unwind and restore with us and find tranquility in the body and mind.

  • Barre Body

    A dynamic, body-weight-based fitness class designed to sculpt, tone, and challenge every muscle. In this class, you’ll use only your body as resistance, creating a low-impact yet high-intensity workout accessible to all fitness levels. While the movements are approachable for all body types, don’t be fooled—each exercise sequence is crafted to push your limits, improve endurance, and build strength. Expect a full-body workout that focuses on core stability, balance, and functional strength, leaving you feeling powerful and accomplished.

  • Rise n' Shine

    This hour-long yoga class was designed to wake the body from the ground up. Focusing on the connection of mind and body, Rise and Shine yoga will move through sequences of postures with concentration of the same established foundations. It starts in supine postures and slowly works its way to upright stretches and focuses on grounding and lengthening. There are different types of yoga seasoned throughout the practice to maximize the benefits yoga can offer to the human body.  It is a wonderful way to start the weekend mornings. 

  • Yoga Therapy for First Responder Spouses

    Designed to support the unique needs of family members of emergency responders and military personnel. Recognizing the challenges and emotional demands of these roles, this class offers a safe and nurturing space to prioritize self-care, cultivate emotional resilience, and foster nervous system regulation.
