Learn how the practice of mindfulness can restructure the brain and build a more resilient brain when it comes to stress and managing different cognitive tasks. You can apply these techniques to improve attention and memory problems that we deal with in everyday life.
Tanja in the afternoon– brain healthy habits. The sessions will be dedicated to helping you build healthy brain boosting habits that stick for life. By understanding how habits work and how we can use our sensory nervous system to form habits intentionally.
